Setting individual objectives based on common objectives

Every employee knows the company's strategic plan for the next three years and the resultant priority action plan for its sector.

Every six months, this action plan is translated into individual progress contracts.

Personal commitment

The progress contract lists the specific objectives that every staff member commits to achieving. It might include the reduction of hidden costs or the potential development of activities or new skills.

Recognition

The company expresses its confidence, its hopes and its recognition in a concrete way by linking the achievement of these objectives to a participation bonus.

Our ambition is to identify the skills necessary for each team's objectives and those which are already available. They are registered in a skills chart in order to define skills to be acquired and opportunities for potential internal transfers.

An annual training plan

This tool allows every employee to develop his/her skills and professional plan, while meeting the changing needs of the team and contributing to continuous improvement of the business.

Every employee will be supported in their skills development through an annual training plan.

A large budget is dedicated to train the staff. Training on new technologies aare carried out in partnership with our major world-wide suppliers.
