Setting individual objectives based on common objectives
Every employee knows the company's strategic plan for the next three years and the resultant priority action plan for its sector of activity.
Every six months, this action plan is translated into individual progress contracts.
Personal commitment
The progress contract numbers the specific objectives that every member of the company commits to achieving. This might include the reduction of hidden costs or the potential development of activities or of new skills.
Recognition
The company expresses its trust, its hopes and its recognition in a concrete way by linking the achievement of these objectives to a participation bonus.

This tool allows each employee to develop his skills and professional plan, while meeting the changing needs of the team and contributing to continuous improvement of the business.
Every employee will be supported in their skills development through an annual training plan.
A large budget is dedicated to training staff. Training on new technologies is carried out in partnership with our major global suppliers.
