Implementation of an M.E.S. in a workshop compound (Belgium)
Project
Production optimisation of a compound manufacturing workshop :
- Revision of the industrial supervision of the workshop
- Connection to the SAP system supervising all of the group's plants
Technord's Contribution
Installation of an M.E.S tool for the transfer of data between the manufacturing process and SAP (200 RTDS variables)
- Transfer of the quantities of raw materials and accomplished activities from the PLC control of the production lines to SAP
- Transfer of recyclable quantities to SAP
- Transfer of SAP production orders to supervision (with a lexicon of compounds and availability of production installation)
