Hamonisation and centralisation of performance indicators (KPI) of a cement manufacturer's plants (energy consumption, primary and secondary energy or substitution ratio, daily and monthly clinker production, quality, total cost of fuel, level of silos, environment, synthetic yield rate of furnace, etc.
Technord's Contribution
Implementation of a system of data collection and organisation, coupled with a series of flexible and user-friendly reporting tools.
The system distributes the KPIs to the managers concerned who can then take the necessary actions to improve the performance of their department.
The electrical boxes for each plant are automatically connected to the headquarters in order to allow benchmarking between plants.
